1. Promptly pass Doctor’s Order/Prescription to the Pharmacy to ensure timely delivery of medication.
2. Strictly observe the six (6) RIGHTS in passing medication:
   1. Pass the RIGHT medicine
   2. To the RIGHT person
   3. At the RIGHT time
   4. With the RIGHT dose
   5. Through the RIGHT route
   6. And with the RIGHT documentation
3. Communicate with doctors concerned in case resident refuse to take medication.

• Oxygen Assistance: nebulizer during the day and oxygen concentrator during the night
• Periodic Wellness Check-up: provide inputs to Physician and/or Psychiatrists regarding any change in resident’s physical, mental, emotional, and social functioning.
